- A Person shall be:
- Any lifeform by scientific consensus;
- An enterprise jointly owned by a group of Persons, granted a Charter of Incorporation by the Supreme Council;
- Such an enterprise shall be known as a Corporation;
- Corporations shall be considered separate Persons to their owners;
- The Federal Government may make any Person a Citizen of the Rezehnan Federation from time to time, at its pleasure;
- The Federal Government may remove from any Person the status of Citizen from time to time, at its pleasure;
- Citizens of the Rezehnan Federation may move unrestricted between the States as they should please;
