- Any violation of the Statutes of the Free Republic of Kahrudn shall constitute an Offence;
- Any citizen may allege that another has committed an Offence;
- A Libel is constituted where:
- A lifeform alleges that another has committed an Offence;
- This lifeform shall be known as the Allegant;
- A lifeform is alleged to have committed an Offence;
- This lifeform shall be known as the Refutant;
- A lifeform alleges that another has committed an Offence;
- The General Secretary may hear a Libel and decide on the outcome in a Trial;
- If the General Secretary finds the Refutant in a Trial to have committed the alleged Offence, the Refutant shall be punished in accordance with the law;
- The General Secretary may delegate this ability to others;
- Where another has been delegated the power to hear Cases by the General Secretary, they shall be known as a Convener;
- Lifeforms must not, within the jurisdiction of the Free Republic of Kahrudn:
- Harm others;
- Attempt to harm others;
- Conspire to harm others;
