- The Rezehnan Federal Code shall set out a number of actions that shall, in the interests of the public, be illegal and an Offence when committed:
- Theft; that is, the acquisition of the property and/or belongings of others without permission;
- Where armed or when involving a threat, this shall be known as Robbery;
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category B, or above;
- Where armed or when involving a threat, this shall be known as Robbery;
- Reset:
- The possession, handling, and/or reselling of goods obtained illegally;
- Homicide; that is, the killing of another Person;
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category A, or above;
- Where involving over 5 killings, this shall be known as Genocide, and shall be treated more severely;
- Assault; that is, the harming of another Person;
- Embezzlement; that is, the use of funds belonging to another Person, firm, and/or government, without permission;
- Fraud; that is, deception of another Person for personal gain;
- Forgery; that is, the manufacture of material appearing to be of another Person, firm, and/or government, without permission;
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category B, or above;
- Attempting an Offence; that is, unsuccessfully trying to action an Offence
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category equivalent to that of the successful alternative, or above;
- Conspiring to commit an Offence; that is, planning to action an Offence;
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category one lower than that of the successful alternative, or above;
- Intending to commit a further Offence; that is, actioning one of the above in order to commit a further Offence;
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category equivalent to that of the successful alternative, or above, but shall be treated more severely;
- Threatening to commit an Offence; that is, making it known that you may commit an Offence, for personal gain;
- This shall carry a Sentence of Category one lower than that of the successful alternative, or above;
- Theft; that is, the acquisition of the property and/or belongings of others without permission;
