1. The Rezehnan Union Code shall apply to:
   1. Persons within the territory of the Rezehnan Union
   2. Persons within the communication channels of the Rezehnan Union
2. An Offence shall be committed when a Person does disobey, break, and/or incorrectly follow the Rezehnan Union Code;
3. Persons shall not:
   1. Harm another Person;
   2. Harm the Rezehnan Union;
   3. Attempt or conspire to attempt either of the above;
4. State law shall have primacy over the Rezehnan Union Code;
