The Rezehnan Federal Code shall apply to:
1. Persons within the territory of the Rezehnan Federation
2. Persons within the communication channels of the Rezehnan Federation
An Offence shall be committed when a Person does disobey, break, and/or incorrectly follow the Rezehnan Federal Code;
Persons shall not:
1. Harm another Person;
2. Harm the Rezehnan Federation;
3. Attempt or conspire to attempt either of the above;
