STATUTE 0 - INTRODUCTION
- The Rezehnan Federal Code must be read in whole, i.e. all Statutes apply to all Statutes;
- The Rezehnan Federal Code must not be read linearly, i.e. it must not be read in a way that assumes a term not defined in one Statute remains undefined by law;
