Judicial Conduct Rules

  1. Judges must investigate a case thoroughly, and extinguish all reasonable sources of information, before deciding on the facts of the case
  2. Where an individual necessary in the investigation of a case fails to appear before a court, warrants may be issued for their apprehension
    1. The scale of warrant differs by court:
      1. The General Tribunal and the High Court may only issue a Federal warrant, as defined by 4/3.2 RFC
      2. The Appeal Court may issue Federal or galactic warrants, as defined by 4/3.2 RFC
      3. The Judicial Committee of the Supreme Council may issue Federal, galactic, or intergalactic warrants, as defined by 4/3.2 RFC
    2. Judges may refer to a higher court in order to obtain a warrant necessary to ensure the appearance of the desired individual
      1. This must be done by making a request to the Supreme Council, in order for the higher court to be assigned
