  1. Sentences shall be calculated on a points system:
    1. Judges should rate each of the following on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst:
      1. Harm caused by the Offence;
      2. Intentions behind the Offence;
      3. Need for the public to be protected from the Convict;
      4. Remorse shown by the Convict;
    2. Judges should rate each of the following on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the worst:
      1. Conduct of the Convict in court;
      2. Potential for reoffending;
    3. Judges should then total their ratings;
      1. Totals above 43 shall result in a Category A Sentence;
      2. Totals above 30 shall result in a Category B Sentence;
      3. Totals below 31 shall result in a Category C Sentence;
