- The Free Republic of Kahrudn shall be sovereign and its Constitution shall have primacy over all other law within;
- The Free Republic of Kahrudn shall enjoy sovereign rule over its territories without the hindrance of others;
- The Free Republic of Kahrudn shall submit to and obey the law of the Rezehnan Federation when in conflict with its own, unless otherwise stated;
- The leader of the Free Republic of Kahrudn shall be known as the General Secretary;
- The General Secretary shall have supreme and ultimate authority over all legislation and law, and the application thereof, within the Free Republic of Kahrudn;
- The General Secretary shall have a responsibility to govern the Free Republic of Kahrudn responsibly and in accordance with the rule of law;
- The primary directive organ of the Free Republic of Kahrudn shall be known as the Council of State;
- The Statutes of the Free Republic of Kahrudn shall apply to all lifeforms and persons within the territory and communication channels of the Free Republic of Kahrudn;
- This Act shall be sovereign over all other law, internal and external;
